Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning is happy to provide tax credits for high efficiency HVAC equipment for the 2009 calendar year as part of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act.

The maximum tax credit amount is $500 and is effective for efficient products that were installed between January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.

To claim the tax credit when filing 2009 taxes, homeowners will need a manufacturer certificate stating that the system installed or product purchased qualifies.
