As part of our Club Membership, you are receiving outstanding benefits and services from our highly trained and skilled service team. Each tier of the program is loaded with benefits that will help save you money and keep your system running safely and efficiently. Like changing the oil in your car, maintaining your heating and cooling system is important to prolonging its life, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. During the hot summer months and cold winter months, your unit works harder and maintenance is very important.

• Extended Warranties: Each tier has its own part warranty on repairs. If we do a repair while you are enrolled in our Club Membership, that repair is covered under warranty for the specified time. Please note, this only covers the specific repair completed by a Greenwood Technician during the enrolled membership period.
• Priority Service: Please note that Same Day, 24 Hour, and Priority Service is only applicable during extreme weather AND emergency situations.
• Yearly Accrual and 5% discount on new equipment CANNOT be combined.
